Blessing is the second born in a family of four children, three girls and one boy. She was born in a happy family where she had both her parents. Her father used to work at a local car wash while her mother worked as a casual laborer on people’s farms. In November 2020 Blessing’s father was attacked and killed by unknown men. Her mother was left to take care of four children who are very young.
The family draws their water from a community water spring.
The family lives in a two roomed mud house with iron sheet roofing.
Her mother wishes for her child to be educated so that she can grow up to be an independent lady in the future.
