Risper is the last born in the family of five siblings, she lost her father when she was two years old. Her father used to work for a construction company and sadly one day he got in a tragic accident at work and died. She was left under the care of her mother who has been struggling alot.

The child is at a safe and loving home, but they are also a very vulnerable family, and sometimes they sleep hungry or will just drink porridge for dinner. Her mother struggles to do casual jobs so that she can be able to provide for her children.

The family owns a farm which they use for farming. Her mother also has a kitchen garden where she plants her vegetables. Currently she has not planted, but she has ploughed it as she awaits for the rainy season so that she can plant vegetables.

The family lives in a one roomed house. The family cooks inside the same house they stay in and sleep in. The house is too small and has a very tiny opening that acts as a window.
