Sherfine is the youngest of four daughters to her parents and has started her education in St Irene’s playgroup class in January 2024.
Both of Sherfine’s parents did not complete primary education and therefore look for casual jobs each morning to try and earn a living and cater for their children.
Sherfine lives in a two roomed mud house with her family, who have begun planting maize, kale and cow peas outside their home.
