Terry was born in Kilifi. Her father is not present in the child’s life. The mother is a drug addict and neglected the children which forced a close friend of the mother to take Terry and her sister Sharon to Green Olive children home.

Sharon and Terry have been in the orphanage since 2016 but luckily enough, they were rescued from the children’s home last year. They are now staying with their maternal uncle who has been visiting them in the orphanage. He wished to take them back home since 2016 but in vain. The children have now settled with the uncle and his wife in Kisumu.

At school she enjoys art and languages. She also likes to play jump rope, hide and seek and reading. They are both jovial and sociable children who just need love and care.
